I was constantly calling my doctors office to schedule an appointment & they told me there were not able to take me due to billing issues… Eric took the initiative to call the office for me and waited with me for 50 MINUTES on the phone with the office!! He made sure all of the billing questions were resolved & that my doctors office had me scheduled for my appointment. The genuine heart behind this company is incredible & their customer service & problem solving skills is top notch! Highly recommend Liberty HealthShare!
