This month, we are happy to introduce you to Kayla. She works in our Prenotification/Care Navigation department as a Care Navigation Nurse, serving our healthsharing members for close to 6 months.
She oversees the prenotification process for members and providers and offers guidance on Sharing Guidelines and eligibility.
Kayla believes that coming alongside our members who have a challenging diagnosis and helping them through a complex path, such as cancer, is rewarding and
a privilege.
“I enjoy being there for members during a confusing or challenging time and helping them understand the prenotification process. It feels great to hear a member say, ‘You have been so helpful during this time,’ ” Kayla said.
When asked to describe Liberty HealthShare, she said: supportive, caring and appreciative convey us best. Because healthsharing can be a new concept for many, it’s important to understand how healthsharing works to get the most out of your sharing program.
“If you have any questions or don’t understand something, never hesitate to call and ask. We are always happy to help our members,” she said.
Kayla loves to spend time with her family and take her children to fun activities outside of work. We are blessed to have Kayla as part of our family at Liberty HealthShare, where we encourage one another to be our best for our members.
