Employee Spotlight: Meet Alexis

This month’s employee spotlight is Alexis, the Team Lead of the Member Resolution department.

Stepping into the role in the summer of 2020, Alexis serves our members by addressing issues, assisting them with expenses, and educating them on new programs and amenities.

“I enjoy being part of a team that happily comes together to collaborate on solutions for our members,” she said. “My favorite thing about working here is all the different personalities I encounter when working with our members. I sincerely enjoy all my interactions, and I’m always happy to be of assistance.”

Alexis finds strength and encouragement from her favorite scripture, Philippians 2:3-4; “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interest of others.” She always does her best to show humility and compassion for others.  Inclusive, transparent, and faith driven is how Alexis describes Liberty HealthShare. “Being a part of the Member Resolution team stands out as the most gratifying work I’ve ever done.”

The proud mother of four wonderful kids, Alexis enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending lots of time with her family. 

“I am happy to have been with Liberty HealthShare for the past four years,” she said. “I am extremely proud to see how far we’ve come, and I can’t wait to see what the years ahead bring for both myself and the ministry.”
