In the fight for healthcare freedom, Dr. Elaina George takes a stand.
Dr. Elaina George is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist, a solo practitioner in private practice, and a small business owner, so she understands the struggles associated with our changing healthcare system.
Dr. George first heard about Liberty HealthShare while interviewing Sean Parnell, author of The Self-Pay Patient. It was also then that she became interested in learning about healthcare sharing ministries. Her impression of Liberty HealthShare was a positive one; so positive that she invited Executive Director Dale Bellis onto her radio show, which is featured each week on America's Web Radio.
Dr. George is becoming a Liberty HealthShare member herself. “It was a no-brainer,” she says, “there are no fines involved and it isn’t insurance. It’s much cheaper (than insurance) as well.”
Dr. George believes in the principles of a healthcare sharing. She says, “The bigger we get and the more this groundswell turns into a national movement, the more likely it will be that physicians will not have to take insurance.”
When she tells patients about Liberty HealthShare, she says it always elicits a positive response. “We have a huge selling point. We are not only affordable, but you can see any doctor or go to any hospital you want. That is true healthcare freedom! Furthermore, with the sharing power of the group, you never have to worry about your eligible bills getting paid.”
A strong advocate for the patient, Dr. George looks forward to the day when Liberty HealthShare is a household name: an affordable alternative to expensive healthcare.
