An Interview with Lauri Pierce

We all have many gifts and talents, but everyone has one or two words that best define and describe them. For Lauri Pierce, two words that describe who she is are caring and service. Since the time she was a child, Lauri has been committed to caring and serving others, and this core has served her well over her career.

As the Vice President of Medical Services, Lauri is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight in the Health and Wellness Department. She serves as an ambassador to the medical professional community by providing education to members and providers regarding best consumer practices; additionally, she guides all facets of the business to assure not only an effective organization but that team members have all the tools, processes, and resources they need to serve the members of Liberty Health Share. Lauri has a proven executive management track record combined with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Lauri has also served as a clinical therapist supporting families in navigating their life issues and challenges. She served on the Board of Directors at The Mental Health Board in Geauga County and also regularly volunteers with The United Way.

Being committed to assuring a positive professional environment for her team, she values a fun, and energetic atmosphere in all aspects of work and life. As a result, Lauri’s leadership creates an environment focused on passion, commitment, impact, and personal fulfillment.
