All of us here at Liberty would like to offer you and your loved ones our warmest wishes this Christmas. I hope that the New Year is a great one, filled with laughter, love, and good health.
As we come to the end of 2018, I am very pleased that Liberty is serving you better than ever before. First, when you call us, we are answering your call with minimal hold times, and better-trained team members are able to answer your questions. While this is a basic part of customer service, we did not feel we were accomplishing this well enough earlier in the year, so we worked hard to improve. As we move into 2019, we will continue to build on this and provide additional ways you can communicate with us.
Second, we have addressed delays in getting bills processed. We expect to start 2019 processing bills in 3 to 5 days. This simply means that bills will be entered and determined eligible for sharing or not within 3 to 5 days after they are submitted. We were at 60+ days not too long ago. After processing, your eligible needs will be submitted for sharing. This is great news! You will see your eligible needs listed in your Sharebox and know the updated status very quickly after submitting. It is another way we are committed to better help our members.

In 2019, we will seek opportunities to develop community among our members, improve member communication and education and expand access to more healthcare facilities that are friendly to health sharing organizations.
